How much is a transfer from Baku airport to the city?
Prices are fixed per vehicle, not per person: Sedan $20, SUV $30, Minivan $50, Minibus $80 and Coach $200 one way to any address in Baku. Book the return transfer together and you save 5% on both ways.
Where will I meet my driver?
Every transfer includes meet & greet. At the airport your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign; for hotel pick-ups the driver meets you at the entrance.
When will I get my driver's details?
Your driver's name, phone number and vehicle details are sent to you at least 6 hours before the transfer.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Enter your flight number when booking and we follow its actual arrival or departure time on the day.
How do I book a transfer?
Choose the direction, enter your address, date and time, pick a vehicle and pay online by card. Your confirmation is sent by e-mail immediately.
Can I book a return transfer to a different address?
Yes. Tick "Add a return transfer" and enter the return address and time — it can be a different hotel or address.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Sedan: up to 3 guests. SUV: up to 4. Minivan: up to 6. Minibus: up to 15. Coach: up to 50. With a lot of luggage, choose one size bigger.
How do I pay?
Online by bank card through the secure Epoint payment page. The amount is charged in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and shown before you pay.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Yes. Cancel at least 48 hours before your pick-up time and you get a full refund. You can cancel on the "Manage booking" page with the code and PIN from your confirmation e-mail.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole vehicle — all passengers travel for the same price.
Where is Baku airport?
Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) is about 25 km northeast of Baku city centre. The drive usually takes 25–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Do you serve large groups?
Yes. A minibus takes up to 15 guests and a coach up to 50. For bigger groups, contact us on WhatsApp.
